Already having downloaded the 2 files, install "PacSteamT BassED.exe 1.0.6.0" in: C: (local disk)

and then the update "pst-300611-v1090", wait while upgrading, then you'll have to make a steam account it is free (using a valid e-mail) (If you already have one skip this step).. Have to go to your email to validate your new account steam

finally logs on steam using your account,

and download the games you want
